Anyone live with their man before the wedding?

Ok we've live together for quite some time, I don't know if I can still wear white, has anyone lived w/ him befor e the wedding? did you wear white? Anyone know the ediquitte?

You can wear whatever you want! FH and I have lived together for five years now and I have been married before.

I am wearing a white wedding gown.

Generations ago, a white gown symbolized virginity. If that still applied today, the white wedding gown would be obsolete!

Appropriate or not, I am wearing white and we have been living together for 8 months. I don't think anyone in my family will say anything, they love FH and have been supportive of our decision.

Personally, I think that old fashioned thinking about who is supposed to wear white is a thing of the past....

you can do what you want, its your wedding! It may have been so in the ancient days, but in today's day and age, I really don't think anyone will give it a second thought.

I lived with my husband 4 years before we were married, and wore white.

We've been living together for almost a year now and I'm wearing white...and my mother picked out my dress, so what does that tell you about tradition??

Hey, if my aunt could wear a white dress while 8 months pregnant, they can't say a damn thing to me!!!
