Do bridal salons quote over the phone?

I found the gown of my dreams, and now I'm on a quest to get a good deal for it. I want to call a few salons and try to get quotes, but will they give that info over the phone? I'm particularly interested in Adrienne's - my friend swears by them, but they're far from me. I don't want to truck it out to Islip unless I'm going to order the dress from them.

Suggestions, please! TIA!

I called a bunch when I knew I wanted my dress, and they did. I can't remember about Adrienne's, though...they were, however, the only shop that had my dress in white. So, I went there to try it on, and got excellent service. They have many beautiful dresses there (though the prices can be sky high!). I got the best deal somewhere else, though.
