Re: Rolling Pin Bakery?
Danfords uses them. They did as we asked for our cake, but I didn't think the cake was as moist as it should be. Also, when we went for a tasting, they only had two kinds of cake and 3 fillings for us to sample- cannoli, chocolate mouse and chocolate. No strawberry or other flavors. I don't know what is standard at cake tasting, but I was hoping to try different flavors. The head owner/baker there is very good about getting back to you though. And people raved about the pastries we had on our tables at the reception. They were from Rolling Pin.I would give them a B+ for our wedding.
