this happened to us as well--she's still w/them but at PJCC. I was okay with it, b/c I really like the new person I'm dealing with and our old banquet manager filled her in with all our info.

Yes!! TWICE!!! But it worked out for the best in the end!!! I wound up getting really upset and going and complaining about it.. I mean the first time I had formed a relationship with my BM for a year. The second one only last a few months but STILL I had to go over everything all over again, get to know bm after bm and since they felt really bad about the situation threw in a few free things to shut me up

Yes- the banquet manager definately left Larkfield Manor. As did one of the chefs. I mean no matter what they will give a great wedding I suppose. It's just that when you're comforted knowing certain things, and it's one less thing you have to worry about because you're on the same page with them, it makes things easier. Then they change it...ugh..hate it. When I heard about the chef, I was sick. But supposedly the other chef is still there, and he is really great. NO MORE CHANGE!!! just wait til after my wedding

Yes me

I had Peter at the WCC and truly adored working with him as did both sets of parents and FH.

I know have Hans at the WCC and will meet him for the 1st time tomorrow night when we do our menu, hopefully it will go well as everything with the WCC has been perfect at this time.

me too kinda he got moved to corporate sales. so when i found out i immediatly met with him and wrote everything he said to me at our first meeting in writing.....

Yep it has happened to me. Im actually annoyed about the whole situation, no one contacted me I found out on here. I havent had a replacement either, but I guess I dont need one....

This is very common because most of them are not paid very well and as you know work long hours -weekends, nights etc.

I hope that doesn't happen to me! My BM has been there for 20+ years. That's why it's so important to get every little thing in writing so you have a copy of what you were offered. When I booked my place, every little thing that he said 'Sure, that's included' - Iasked to have it written on the contract.

Thanks everyone. I know another BM but I was just curious if anyone had any issues with getting what they were promised, etc. I made sure everything was written into my contract, though, so I guess I'm just being a nervous nelly.
