Home-Owners Insurance?
how much does this typically run for a 2br co-op? this has to be paid at closeing correct?please tell me any info relateing to it as i don't know where to look.

you dont pay it at closing..You need to get insurance before you close and bring the paid receipt for they year with you to closing.

I think ours is between 350-400 a year...not too bad.

It depends on the condo, where is it, square footage..etc..you can pre-pay it for one year and bring your paid receipt to the closing or you can pay it at closing, For me it was just easier to pay it at closing and it became part of escrow for the year. I have a house and I pay about $1000/yr with the jewelry rider. I hope this helps.Welcome New Vendors
