No Fee Checking Account

Want to open one for an eBay sellers account (I'm finally going to cave) and seriously want no fees and no BS secret fees coming out of the woodwork!!

Any suggestions?

We've got a Wamu too, they're everywhere.

Or you could try a credit union.

teachers federal credit union... and you dont have to be a teacher to join!

i have also had astoria, and they were great too!

I like HSBC...but you really need to shop around and find out which bank suits you best....what account actually fits your needs

i thinks its pretty hard not to find one... of course some of them to have free checking, they want you to have direct deposit or use there bill pay ervice or something

Well, again, I'm looking for it to be just to be associated with an eBay account, so there will be no direct deposit or bill pay, etc ...

Chase rapes me every month on fees (I only keep it because of the overdraft which is peace of mind while I am out of work). And I also want to use a bank other than where I already have any accounts just from a paranoid safety factor with eBay.

I think I'll look into Wamu, I was able to find one relatively close.

I may just open a second account with Commerce (which I love in theory but think their online banking is lacking
