Bridal Party Gift Dilemma (Warning:: Long!)

I've been going back an forth over these bridal party gifts for a long time, and can't seem to decide, and really need some suggestions. I'll try to break it down as simple as possible, so I apologize in advance if I confuse anyone!

My original plan for the bridal party gifts, were to purchase gifts, no necessarily for them to use for the wedding, but more-so personal gifts that we though they would enjoy and like.

For the BMs, I planned on purchasing this Beach Bag and monogramming their initials on it, and filling it with a big personal gift (for example, one of my BMs love pajamas, I was going to get her a nice set of Nick & Nora ones, another loves handbags, I was going to buy her a Coach clutch bag, etc.) and then fill it with other little things like flip-flops, etc.

For the GMs, we wanted to go personal again, one GM travels a lot, we planned on getting him a monogrammed excursion case, another loves his BBQ, he would get a grilling set and a monogrammed steak iron.

For the Best Man and MOH, it would be gifts from Tiffany, the BM would get engraved cuff links that FI thinks he'll love, and for the MOH, perhaps a necklace or something I know she'll like.

Then came in the idea to get the Bridesmaids the Tiffany initial necklaces, and now I'm all confused as to what to get them.

I guess my questions are:

1. Would it look bad if we got the BM and MOH gifts from Tiffany, the BMs the Tiffany initial necklaces, but bought the GMs their personal gifts, even if they totaled the same dollar amount each? I figured the guys wouldn't care so much about getting a gift from Tiffany's as we're buying them things that they have obsessions with, like their BBQs! LOL

Or

2. If we decided not to get the girl's the Tiffany necklaces, do you think that getting them those gifts would be special enough for the bridal party? I know a lot say the girls are more sentimental than the guys when it comes to gifts for bridal parties, and I'm just so confused and wish i could get them everything, but I just can't.

Any suggestions would be so appreciated. Thanks!

ETA:: The wedding is in Spring, so that's why I decided on the beach bag and flip-flops!

I like the idea of the more personal items for the BP. It looks like you and your FH put more thought into those gifts then just getting them a gift from Tiffany's. JMO.

I agree that the personalized gifts will be more meaningful. I also don't think that the guys would care if they got Tiffany or not, its only girls that go crazy over that little blue box!

Knowing my girls... they would LOVE a Tiffany Initial necklace. It's still personal, cause each girls name is different Plus, nowadays, the whole group gets the same present.. I think going the beach bag route is also wonderful, but also more time consuming on your part. So either way, I'm sure they will love whatever you give them
