Guest Book Idea!!!

I was just in Michael's today, and saw a great alternative to a guest book. They had a matted frame with an 8x10 pic frame in it. I thought instaed of a book (which I will probably not look at) the guests can sign the matting around the pic frame. It was a big matt, so their should be enough room to write. It only cost $19.99. I figured until my wedding pics come back, I can display it on the card table with our engagement pic. What is everyone else doing as a guest book?

We're going to using Picture Yourself Graphics. They're a vendor here. I'm not sure if you've seen their work or not, but they take a younger picture of the bride and groom and put them in a gown and tux. We're using that in the same format. Taking an 11'x17' or an 8'x10' and double matting it and the guests will use it to sign. We're also going to use them as our favors. They put the picture in a trading card size and put our names and date on the back. It's very cute. Good luck!

We are making a scrap book guest book and including a note of thanks to our guests in the beginning and pics of our Grandparents and Parents weddings and our families growing up in the beginning. Then pages for the guests to write notes on.

we are going to do a polaroid guestbook. 2 members of the bridal party are going to walk around to each table, take the guest`s picture and have them sign next to it. ~Kim 5.26.02
