Question - Weight Loss & Weddings
Why does everyone assume you're losing weight for a wedding?I'm not losing weight for the wedding, and yet people are like 'Why are you eating that? You have a wedding soon.'
W T F???? If my FI loves me, and I love me the way I am why should I change?

Re: Question - Weight Loss & Weddings
It's just like Jennifer Lopez says in Monster in Law (i just saw it like 5 min ago) 'I'm making the dress to fit me, not the other way around' I personally am trying to lose weight, but just so I can feel more confident. FH says he loves my body (jelly belly and all)

Re: Question - Weight Loss & Weddings
Who cares what they think! Losing weight is a personal thing, and you do it for you, to make yourself feel good, not for anyone else. I personally am trying to drop some weight, because I am uncomfortable in my body right now, but if you are comfortable, then thats great, and eat whatever you want!

Re: Question - Weight Loss & Weddings
People have no manners! I bought my dress a size bigger since I was in between sizes. My thought was that I wasn't squeezing into anything! I have since lost weight, but not because of the wedding. i did it because I was unhappy.Chris- you are such a cutie petutie!

Re: Question - Weight Loss & Weddings
I am reading this after going to the gym for lunch...(but I do have a thick piece of chocolate cake waiting for me!)I work out for me, so I feel good and am healthy...not for a specific event.
for some reason, people assume looking your best with being thin(ner) which is DEFINITELY not the case. you look your best when you FEEL your best and whatever weight that is, that's where you should be.
anyway Christine, you should feel good...your gorgeous!
