Exactly a year ago today... Update on pg 2 about my night

FH was diagnosed with cancer. I cannot believe how much time has passed. I wasn't going to post this, but that whole happy with your life thread had me thinking. A year ago I would not have ever imagined going through what I did. Now here we are, engaged, getting married SOON, and happier than ever.

I took tonight off from my part time job to cook FH a nice dinner and celebrate his health.

Ladies, always remember to tell the people you love how you feel about them.

Awww.... Hollie. Thank you for posting this, it gave me the chills and it was a small reminder of how we take our happy, healthy lives for granted... I'm going to be extra sweet to my FH tonight in your and your FH's honor. Thank you

Thanks ladies! I still cannot believe how much FH has been through and how strong he is. I just keep thinking that my whole life changed in a few short hours.

I don't know how often I say this to you all, but you are all amazing women and I feel honored to know you.

Hollie. You are an amazing woman and your FH is an amazing guy (and very funny).

oh Hollie I hope you enjoy your celebration. this year has been just as much a testament of your strength as John's. He couldn't have done it without you (definitely not as happily) you are both truly blessed and I wish you nothing but continued health and happiness.

I am glad you posted this- I think most people get so caught up with such unimportant things that stress them out- and you have handle yourself with style strenght and grace during a very difficult time
