Att: Ron and Liz

As you can see there are many unhappy and confused brides here. As much as I love this site, I feel that we all deserve a better explanation to why some of our most helpful brides are mysteriously leaving.

Granted it may not be my business, but the recent events are certainly having an effect on us.

Same for me. I just started planning my wedding and I don't understand what's making brides leave. Very unsettling though.

We pulled the earlier post because we felt it was time to move on from this.

We can not go into complete details right now as this matter is being handle by our attorney. Thus we are not trying to avoid anything just following protocol.

There was a person who used copyrighted material from our site on a project of thier own. They used this material to promote their endeavor. Because of this we are taking legal action.

Yeah, but you can't expect to 'move on' from this until you give us all time to find out what happened. Half of us didn't even see the thread. Is that fair to us?

What Ron & Liz are saying is that they've probably been advised by legal counsel to NOT say anything about this. We have to remember that this is their site and it effects their livelyhood. I'd like an explanation as well but we're probably going to have to wait until everything dies down. It's frustrating but I'm not sure we can do anything else.

Truly sorry about that. We watched how many went to the thread and when people stopped going to it we removed it.

Ron,

I understand your legal concerns and that makes sense to me.

I don't understand why we or ChristineAE didn't receive a clarification about what this legality had to do with her.

I am still confused. Thanks.
