I think Ron/Liz went over & above with an explanation to us. Ladies, Christine & Ron assured us it wasn't her, let's just go back to planning our weddings & offering advice, etc.

I agree with this.
ladies, it is now quite clear that this had NOTHING to do with posting about or referring vendors that are not members of the site. It was about an mentioning a BRIDE TURNED VENDOR that ALLEGEDLY made connections on here and used them for fraud or some kind of wrongdoing. Unwittingly, some innocent brides were caught in the crossfire.
we must remember that Ron and Liz are a COUPLE with a FAMILY- I am sure we would all protect our assets in the same position. After all, this is only ONE aspect of our lives, and as soon as we've had our fill, we will leave. this IS their LIVELIHOOD. perhaps we can cut them just a little slack??
I am very happy to be planning my wedding with all of you and look forward to more idea and advice swapping!

I'm so confused
Can someone explain what happened like they're explaining it to a 1st grader?

Some good advice, getting back to all the planning. We have received a few requests asking, who? You know what, it doesn't matter. Why do I say that? First, we know who it isn't. Second, I'd like to ask two questions. By a show of hands how many of you have ever made a mistake? Also, by a show of hands how many of you have regretted doing something? Well, from here it looks like everyone's hand is raised for both questions.
The point is maybe in this case someone has made a mistake. Maybe they regret it. I really don't know. But why should any of us be judge and jury? Isn't it better to give the benefit of the doubt? It would never be my intention to hurt anyone or bring any ill will on them even if they have to me. Why? We just proved by a show of hands that we have all fallen and made mistakes. So, lets just chalk this up to that and get on with getting on, okay? Good! Thank You!All The Best to all!

This post from you, Jess, actually makes me feel better. From what I 'saw' on this board, you and Christine were very clsoe, and your explanation of it, makes me have more 'faith'
If that makes any sense. No offense to Ron and Liz of course!
PS - thanks also to Sexyesq for the explanation.
