FH is having trouble finding a job...

He has a bachlors in music ed. and has a lot of mgmt experience. He'd like to get into corporate training, or HR. Does anyone have any advice? I just want him to find something he like w/ a decent paycheck. His current job is stressful, and he's not making the $$ we need to live!

This is the main website for human resource jobs--it's for the Society for Human Resource Management. He could apply for jobs as an HR generalist, which don't usually require any experience. Most on LI start around $30,000, and in the city slightly higher. Corporate training is difficult to get with no experience--he probably would have better luck starting with a job with some training aspects, then applying for higher level positions. Good luck to him!
