On the top next to Forum mail it says resizer. Click on it then browse for the pic you want to resize. It will be sent to your e-mail. I always choose the first option

It said it sent to my e-mail but never did! This is so frustrating!! What do I do?

sometimes it takes some time. The only other way you can put them in is by savign them to snapfish or shutterfly, right click on properties to get the url, then on here hit insert web image and put in the address.
