Woodbury Country Club Thread

ANYONE OUT THERE? I FEEL LONELY. I HAVEN'T SEEN TO MANY WCC BRIDES. ANYONE?

Don't feel too lonely...I am a Woodbury Country Club Reception also. Though I am a newly engaged bride, so we just literally signed the contracts a few weeks ago. We have the downstairs room.

What room are you having your wedding?

I am getting married there on Saturday.....I went last night to drop off my favors and the place looks amazing decorated for Christmas.

My wedding was at WCC and it was incredible!! They were the greatest!! You girls have nothing to worry about!

I am getting married at the wcc too. I will be upstairs in the mills room. It was the 6th and last hall I went to. As soon as I walked in, I loved it and knew it was where I would be getting married.

I did not want to have my wedding there b/c I had my prom there. But, after going to about 7 reception halls my FMIL made me check it out and I realized that it is perfect. I have the upstairs room and the gazebo on the dock by the bridge for my ceremony.

I don't think I appreciated the place and realized how nice it is when I had my prom.

I also have Bob as my BM and he was helpful and put me at ease when it came to me really wanting to make sure the food is top notch. My parents/family are from Italy...so I had to make sure the food is good, despite the fact it isn't at a Italian type reception hall.

I got married there 9/24. The place is amazing. I had the downstairs room with outside cocktail hour. You can search for my review. I love the WCC, amazing grounds!!!

I am getting married there next October....I fell in love with it after looking at soooo many other halls. We are in the Upstairs also, it is really elegant. I just can't wait until next October.

That's cool. It was actually the second place we looked at and then once we went to the others, it just kept getting compared to WCC.

Our BM did a good job at easing my worries about the food. Which definitely was very comforting.

It should be an exciting time, for me and all you ladies. I think I have to go back to the hall...because it was a world wind when we booked, so now that I am more in the planning mood...I might take a look at it again with my mother this time so that we can see what our decorating choices can be.

I'm a Woodbury bride too!! It was the first place I looked at and both me and my fiance loved it and knew we had to have it there.

Originally we were going to have the upstairs room but we had to change our date and it was already booked so we ended up being pushed into the garden room by default with the outdoor cocktail hour (not complaining!)

Just pray it doesn't rain.

I cant wait!!!!!!!!! I am getting married at WCC Aug 04,2006. I am getting married in the upstairs room. My BM is Michael. I am getting married outside at the WCC, so i really hope it does rain.
