Review of Wild Rose Video
Well since I posted a review of Bliss Productions I figured I'd post my mini-review of Wild Rose as well, to help my future brides in their decision making process!Getting to Wild Rose was easy, the directions Marie e-mailed me were dead on. And the outside of her home is so pretty! (Wild Rose is a husband and wife owned company and they do all the meetings and work out of their home office.)
So we get there and we meet with Marie. It was so great (you could hear the kids running around and yelling at each other in the background, it was so cute) we talked for a little while about what our date is and where we're having it and about the ceremony and what not. She's SUCH a friendly and nice lady. Then she showed us a couple of videos of brides who had their receptions at the Fox Hollow which I really liked because I was able to see how MY video would look if I were to go with them. (Athena she showed me a video from a bride that had her reception at Swan Club and WOW..I cannot WAIT to go to your wedding!!!!) She showed me the two versions of video that they do. A regular one with not much talking and the one they call 'the documentary' where between shots the bride and groom talk about their first date and how he popped the question, its really nice..I definitely liked that version better than their regular no talk version. (As a side note...They did Jacquline Nicole's (sorry for spelling her name wrong!) video, she's a makeup vendor here on LIW..it came out AMAZING..omg..i was tearing up watching her video!!). That's the great thing about Wild Rose, you can really FEEL the emotions of the day in the video as you watch it.
So after we were done watching the videos we went over the price list. Yes, they are a little pricey but Marie was sooooo willing to work with us because of the month and day we're having our wedding. She's really awesome and the fact that she was so ready and willing to work with us really impressed us even more!
We left feeling great about them and definitely would recommend that brides should rush over there and take a look at their work right away! Yes, their style and prices may not be what you're looking for but at the very least, give them a looksie, especially if you're getting married in an off month, they'll totally work with you!

We have one more person to look at (its a friend of FH's parents so we HAVE to at least LOOK) but more than likely we'll be booking with Wild Rose because we loved their work.
