What hotel are you blocking rooms at and are they offering a shuttle to and from the reception??? Thanks

My reception is in Mt. Sinai, but hotel is in Ronkonkoma.
I was going to book the Hampton Inn on the LIE exit 63, but they had no blocks available. They were the only hotel that would offer a shuttle to my venue...
There is a new Hotel in Riverhead, Holiday Inn, maybe?

We are using Holiday Inn Express in Stony Brook...but we are not using a shuttle becuase it is MEGA $$$$$$$$$

try the East Wind. there is also the Holiday Inn in Riverhead and the Hampton Inn in brookhaven off the LIE
and the Marriott in Holtsville off the LIE.

they all offer shuttles if you have 15 rooms booked but I think the shuttles only hold 14 people. but you can also rent the shuttles at a discounted cost.

Both Holiday Inn and Best Western told me $189 per night with shuttle only if you block 15 or more rooms

Radisson in Holtsville- $139 per night

Residence Inn Holtsville- $149 per night

HTH I have been looking all day and cant find anything reasonable out in the Hamptons (what was I thinking?)

princess- I would try again with some of those prices. I got different quotes. ask if they can go lower.

they were all different depending on rooms, but when you finalize things ask again if they can do anything with the price.
