Lets start a 'biggest loser' thread
Why dont we all help each other get motivated and post our workout/weight loss goals and then each day write our accomplishments or downfalls. We can give advice, suggestions on workouts, and encouragement.THOUGHTS???

Re: Lets start a 'biggest loser' thread
Goals:-Drink more water
-Eliminate soda (SO HARD)
-Reduce # of caffeinated beverages
-Exercise 5 times per week for at least 50 min/day
-INcorporate strength training (I do cardio every day, but want to add in some weights to help tone)
Sadly the hardest one for me so far is the soda - I am a serious Diet Coke addict.
Side note - Anyone watch The Biggest Loser on Wednesday - that show is SO motivational!

Re: Lets start a 'biggest loser' thread
Im already a pretty big gym freak so my gym goals are:- increase the weight im using at the gym
-add another day of strength
-burn AT LEAST 500 cals w/ each cardio w/o
-tone up my tummy
Other goals:
-limit to ONE glass of wine a week (this will be HARD)
-cut out sweets to a minimal
My biggest goal is too feel good on the HM. I think i will be fine on the wedding day bc my dress is so 'big' and only my upper body is exposed and that is in good shape.
But for HM i want to look amazing on the beach ad when we go out!!!

This is a great idea.Goal:
I want to lose at least 30 pounds B4 wedding
I will be on my treadmill everyday for the next 4 months
I will do weight training at least 3 times a week starting next month (don't want to overdue it right now)
I want to tone up my arms because my dress is strapless

Re: Lets start a 'biggest loser' thread
I'm so loving this idea. I'm in.My Goal:
lose 15 lbs. and tone up
I started eating better on Monday 1/2 and started a wedding ready program at the gym Tuesday 1/3. I'm hoping on a 1-2 lb. weight lose by Monday 1/9.
I have a trainer twice a week and the other days I will go on the treadmill or elliptical for atleast 30 min.
I'm also going to try to cut my beer drinking down. It'll be hard, I love my beer on the weekends, but this is more important.

I need to lose about 20lbs...I want to tone up my arms and basically try to resume or somewhat resume my love of the gym that I had in college
Those were the days of size 4 and eating what I wanted

Re: Lets start a 'biggest loser' thread
Count me in - My goal is to lose at least 20 pound before my wedding. I already started weaning myself off of sugar and processed carbs and trying to drink water with every meal.So far I have been eating a lot of grilled chicken breast with different roasted vegetables. I went out and bought the South Beach Diet Cookbook to try and get more ideas.

Re: Lets start a 'biggest loser' thread
Me too! My goal is to lose 20 lbs before the wedding and tone up my entire body (especially my arms!). I started back on WW hardcore, and Monday I'm starting at the gym again. I go to a University gym, and I think in February I'm going to take a bellydancing class that is offered!!
