Repost from LIF-Can the ladies who know the city help me out???

I'm going to Phantom with my SO, I've never seen it, I'm totally psyched

and I'm looking for some restaurant suggestions for a late night, romantic dinner after the show (it's an 8 pm show.....) can anyone help me??? please!!!!

I'm not sure how late Becco is open but it is a great Italian Restaurant only a couple of blocks away. We are going to Phantom next month and that's where we will be eating.

I checked the website, it doesn't have the hours listed...so I'll have to call them, the menu looks yummy!!

I've heard GREAT things about Becco. I went to 'Remi' last week on 53rd b/w 6th & 7th. It was a nice restaurant. Although I wouldn't say it's romantic. Hmmm, where else. There's Trattoria Dopo Teatro (I think that's the name), it's a much smaller restaurant then Remi - I remember the food being very good there too.

I don't know the hours of either restaurant though. Have a great time at Phantom - such a wonderful show and I LOVE the music!

It's very theatrey over there. If you are willing to travel a few more blocks away, I can definitely recommend some romantic ones.

take a drive down to soho and eat at balthazar, it's got the best late night ambience and i think sat night's special is filet for 2. yum.

It's very theatrey over there. If you are willing to travel a few more blocks away, I can definitely recommend some romantic ones.

traveling is no problem, everything is just a cab ride away...please suggest!!!

Petrossian - it's DH and my favorite restaurant! We celebrate all our milestones here. A bit on the pricey side, but they also do have a prix fix menu. Beautiful restaurant and yummy food. It's on the corner of 57th and 7th, near the park.
