How many people came

to your ceremony?

The chapel FH and I want to get married in only fits 130 people, but we are inviting 180 to our wedding. Just wanted to get a feel for how many people might show up/ not show up. This place is also about 40 minutes from my reception site.

The whole shabang was at one place so for us almost everyone came.

I would say about 60% It was a weekday and some people could not get off of work.

Almost everyone, a handful didn't (probably 5-10 people)

We had 150 at the reception and I would say almost 100 were at the Church. It was a Friday afternoon and the weather was terrible, so we were pleasantly surprised.

Guess what?!...Same here! Except everyone did come.

We had a Friday wedding and out the 90 something that went to the reception, there were about 30 at the church. We were happy considering it was a weekday!

Thanks!! The wedding is going to be Saturday night, and the reception may be in the morning. Guess it's time to find a new location.

I would say about 100 people showed up to the church.

No, I think the reception is the day after...or at least that's what I understood.

Sorry, just to clarify, the ceremony will be in the morning/afternoon and the reception will be in the evening.

I haven't actually booked anything, trying to figure out the timing. My reception is pencilled in at 7:30PM at Lands End. I have not decided on a time for the chapel, but I know it is available for any time.

I had a 3pm ceremony and the CH started at 7pm...on a Friday. If that helps.

Can you get married later at like 3:30pm or 4pm? That would work...and not too much of a gap plus time for pictures.

I would about 100 out of 140 guests came to the ceremony (and they were about 10 min. apart and there was no gap.)
