Is anyone a 2 dress bride?

How do I tell my mom, who paid for the first dress? $400 deposit will be lost, plus I am asking her to drive me up to Boston so I can try on the gown of my dreams...
Yes, it is only n Boston- at a boutique that sells samples...
Please help, I am worried sick fright now.

There are a few girls on here who changed their minds. Stephanief (sp?), for one, and BKtoLI was almost one...good luck!

Re: Is anyone a 2 dress bride?

Glad to know you mom is okay with it! I don't think my mother would ever have been okay with losing the deposit!! (Then again, the deposit was $700!)

I was almost a 2 dress bride until I realized that everyone and their mother is now getting the dress that I wanted, and I fell in love with my original dress all over again.

But there is nothing wrong with changing your mind!! But don't be surprised if you don't end up liking the dress of your dreams!! Many girls on here fell in love with dresses that once they tried them on, realized they didn't look good on them!!
