Need a Lower Quote For Flowers

I recently recieved a quote for $2800. This included 18 centerpieces (roses & hydrangea), brides bouqet(roses, fresia, hydrandgea, & peonies), six bridemaids (roses), two junior bridesmaids bouqets (roses), 13 Rose boutaniers, Two corsages, Dias decoration, throw away bouqet, and a flower girl basket. Is there anyone who can give me a better price or is this the going rate?
