Duet brides...Album question...

I submitted my photos for the album to Duet in Oct. They gave me a layout about a month later. I made some changes about what pics I wanted where, and added some new pics I hadn't submitted before. That was three months ago, and I emailed to ask when I'll be getting the new layout and they said thanks for my patience. The last email I got was signed Phil, who I've never met. He said the layout should take a week or two, and that was three weeks ago. Has anyone been having any problems with them lately? I love my pictures, and I know it was my fault initially waiting for almost a year to do my layout, but this is getting ridiculous.

I also recieved an email or two from Phil. They were pretty prompt back and forth as I changed my layout a few times. But they said they will not go to print until you OK the layout.

Email Phil and Duet again checking on the layout.

yeah I am working on our layout as well, made some changes, received the corrected layout but it wasnt really corrected... so now I am waiting again

Still haven't received my layout- I emailed Kim today and she thanked me for my patience and said it would be two more weeks. They sound pretty busy.

I would call and ask to speak to Eric - be honest and direct. They do want you to be happy, but like in any business, the nice people who don't complain get put on the back burner. I love Duet, and their work - I know they are busy, but that is not an excuse for insanely delayed layout!

Call and ask to speak to Sue. Stay on them. I had the same situation and when I called or emailed her she was on it. I got my album in October...none months after we married. I think, it had to do with me being on top of it.

I just dropped off my proofs (finally after 6 months) last week. Duet got VERY popular from this site and had a lot of 05 brides. I think they are backed up. They told me two months until the layout. I'm not worried.

I got an email last night but I guess Sue forgot to attach the layout... honestly, I just want to get it over with so I dont have to think about it anymore... the layout looks great, it is all that I wanted but the process is a pain
