We wanna do something FUN!

DH and I would like to do something fun this weekend and relatively cheap. I feel like it's hard in the winter because you jsut cant pack and picnic and head to the beach or a park. What are some different kinds of things to do on Long Island for not so much $$?

hit the vineyards and the village cheese shop for a fondue and LI wine lunch in their side atrium
or
vineyards and lunch at the jamesport country kitchen
