I will have to add the table numbers once we've figured that all out, and will be putting a few more things in there for them. So far, just an activity book and some coloring items!

It's in MS Word, and I printed the cover and back page on cardstock, and the rest of the pages on regular white paper. Let me know if you want the template and I'll send it to you.
