need small band for cocktail hour

I am looking for a steel drum player or a small jazz band or something different for the cocktail hour for an engagement party in may.

I don't want to spend too much $ on the band- any suggestions? The cocktail hour is actually 1.5 hours. Thanks!!

Whos doing your reception? Sometimes DJ have add on for cocktail hours

We're having a DJ after the CH but wanted some sort of live music for that hour and a half.

Try www.stanwiest.com or 'man without a band' both are vendors on this site and I know Stan Wiest has a lot of different pieces.

I am using Soul Revival for my ceremony, CH and reception. I am having a jazz trio for the CH too. A friend of mine had them at their engagement party a few months ago and we were thinking of doing the same thing too! (If someone plans an engagement party for us

)
They are a vendor on here and are so nice and easy to work with. Personally, I feel that they are very reasonably priced, we have a fairly tight budget and they helped in keeping us within it!
