Mini Calla Bouquet - How many is enough?

I am using mango mini callas in all the bouquets. I want there to be a significant difference in the size of my bouquet and my bridesmaids. I was thinking 24-28 in my bouquet and about 12-14 in the bridesmaids. Does that sound right?
