Help! Pictures of tulle with lights?

Does anyone have any pictures of decorating with tulle and lights? The reception is at an Inn with a large wrap-around deck with lots of railings. My FSIL wants to use icicle lights around the railing, but I'm trying to find some pictures of tulle with white lights to show her instead. (I'm not a huge fan of the icicle lights!)

Do the RH let you set this up beforehand? Or do you need to pay their people to do it?

The reception site usually does this.

I did not request this (in fact, when we first met with the hall I told them I didn't want that at all), BUT I will say, the room looked wonderful! My RH's ceremony room is always set up this way.
