Holiday Inn

Have any of you blocked rooms at the Holiday Inn? If you have, how much do you have to pay for a deposit to block them? How far in advance did you do it? I need to block about 30 rooms. Thanks.

Booking Rooms

I am blocking 15 rooms at the new Marriot Courtyard by Villa Lombardis. I don't have to leave a deposit, just sign a contract that blocks the rooms until a certain date. My guests just have to call in and reserve before that date.

Marriot Opening

When I called they said they were expecting a May 1st opening. My wedding is late June so the timing is perfect!
