he was asking questions.....like.....do you have a problem with moving inn with ur husband.?...or....if you had sex before mariage?..questions like that ( that is what my priest asked as) grrrrr

Our priest did this too! We answered questions about family and attending church when we set the date, but that was it. The he droned on about how love is a vacuum and we heard this same sermon during a family friend's wedding, so we know what himily he'll be using at the wedding.

we got our pre-cana cert at the mass for the couples.

not sure when we are meeting with the priest again.

We don't meet with the deacon again until a month before our wedding to finalize everything.

Yes...and you know, any other documents that you havent handed in such as baptismal certificate, the notarized free will forms etc...

What the .....
What did you say ?I went to a priest he never asked anything like that.. My pre cana starts this monday .. but that is at someones house with a few other couples, i'm sure that a deacon runs this.

Haha, we got asked this too. At the time, our Priest I think was a little hard of hearing, he gradually got louder and louder until finally 'IS THERE ANY REASON THAT YOU CANNOT PERFORM SEXUALLY...????' I nearly died.

You got some twisted individual priest there

I mean I know they have a list of questions to ask but I mean I think they can ask them at their discretion,. and not ALL of them...our priest was so nice when asking certain questions...he was truly sent from God to marry us...I truly believe it...he has been nothing but helpful.

my church is ridiculous-they wouldn't even tell me possible rehearsal times until we came back for a 2nd meeting after we did pre-cana.
