Where do the vendors eat?

I have two DJ's and two photographers, and of course we're paying to feed them but where do they sit? Do we have to add another table just for them?

I never considered that. The seating plan is just perfect the way it is, I don't know that we could fit another table among my guests. But they wouldn't sit among the guests anyway, right?

You can do it however you want.

Russo's recommended we set aside a table towards the back of the hall, which is what we are going to do.

usually in a table in the back, sometimes in the CH room.

it depends on the hall...

where i used towork, we set up a table for them in a separate room... but i have heard of some halls setting up a vendor table...

My halls sets up tables in the CH room for the vendors.

they eat in the restaurant at out hall

Mine ate in the CH room as well.
