Is there important questtions to ask before signing contract for a reception

I really get alot out of reading all your reviews and looking at your beautiful pictures. I have finally decided to book a place in the city and am signing the contract Wednesday. Does anyone know of a checklist or website that gives you information about what questions to ask so that we dont leave out important things for the reception. I would greatly appreciate your thoughts. Thanks Cathy

cancellation policy are the flexible to give you another date etc , some type of credit, policy of no shows, what happens if you dont meet your minimum # would they throw in a few extras or not charge you, if ur reception is outdoor- what happens if it rains? ,

Are gratuities already figured in the total price?

If so, what percent is being charged?
Do you provide food for the photographer, videographer, or musicians?
Is this an extra per person fee?

Will you be the person personally handling my wedding on my wedding day? If not, what is the name of the person who will, and when can I meet them?

How much time will you need for set-up and clean-up?
