Feeling better about a vendor

I am not going to say which one but I have been having some concerns regarding one of my vendors. I was having such trouble sleeping because of it. I called today and spoke with someone who seemed very willing to help. I will let you guys know in a couple of weeks how things worked out. I will be seeing some samples soon.

So basically I am posting to say that if you have concerns don't let it go to the point where it starts screwing with you sleep (or other daily activities) call them. They should be willing to help especially since we are paying so much money!!!
