NWR Poor FH--sorry so long!

Fh job requires them to be on-call for a week around 3-4 times a year. The on call is 24-7 on top off working his regular shifts. This means that after he gets off work he can get calls and have to travel to anywhere from Montauk to Westchester county. (We live in central-eastern suffolk county).

Knowing that we need extra $ he took a co-workers on call which started yesterday and his phone has been ringing non-stop. From Hempsted to brooklyn to sayville to Manhattan...He finally made it home last night at 12:30..needless to say his phone rings 45 minutes later that he needs to head back out!

It is now 10:00 am and he is still out and about working on 45 minutes sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!

This cannot be legal. I feel so bad! I don't know what to do! This is going to be a week from H*LL!

Poor guy!!!!!!!!!! i know how you feel sometimes when FH works double shift and if only on a few hours sleep i feel terrible for him.
I guess in urcase he is motivated cuz he know the extra $ will help.
I hope the rest fo the week eases up a bit and he is not so busy!!
