Review for Sandles Regency in St. Lucia
I just got back from my honeymoon from St. Lucia yesterday. I had the best time ever. We met a lot of nice couples and had a blast. The room:
We stayed in a suite on the bluff. We were in the rooms that were behind the 2 story villas. To be honest I thought these rooms were way better then the suites with the plunge pool. We stayed here the first 4 nights and then went to the suites with the plunge pool. I hated them. The only thing that was nice was the view. The plunge pool was freezing cold and the room was much smaller. The bathroom was very small and so was the bed. I stayed here 1 hour and then said can you please put me back in the room I just came from and they did so I was happy the rest of the trip.
pics from suite with plunge pool:

pics of the room I liked. It had a private balcony and jacuzzi:
living room:

bedroom (sorry room was a little messy the day I took pics):

pics from our balcony:

Food was very good. They say you should make reservations as soon as you get there but we had butler service so when we got to our room they all ready made the reservations for us. We also had 24 hour room service so that was awesome!! Especially when you are drunk and hungry and 3am.....lol
Gordons: This is the only restaurante we traveled to. Is at the Sandles Grande. It's for dinner. You only eat here all inclusive if you have any of the room catagories on the bluff otherwise you have to pay. The food was amazing! There is seafood and steaks, lamb chops wihich I had and loved. They had a king crab corn chowder soup which is soooooooo good! The restaurante sits at the edge of a dock and is in the middle of the water.

Kimonos: You need reservations. We thought the apetizers were horrible. The entree was very good though. It's japanese food and they cook write on the table. Has a great view. I don't have pics of this though and it's just for dinner.
La Toc: French food which was also very good. Just for dinner and you need reservations.
Pavillion: Everymeal is buffet. breakfast, lunch & dinner. I liked a lof of it. No reservations
Piton: no reservations and it's for dinner and lunch. The food was ok. My husband liked some of it but I wasn't to crazy about it.
Armondos: Italian and you can also eat breakfast, lunch and dinner . The shrimp was excellent here!! They just opened when we took pics.

Arizona: Western style food. It was ok. No reservations and it's for lunch and dinner.
Exersions we did was the land and sea tour. It was $105 per person but I definilty reccommend it. It is a all day tour and you do a lot of things. First went through banana plantaions and they explained the process of what they do. Then went to 2 old fishing villages. where you can buy souvinors. Then we went to a drive in volcano, drove through parts of the rain forest, walked through botanical gardens and saw a beautiful waterfall and natural hot springs. Stopped and had lunch in Soufrie. I thought the food was very good. Then went onto a catamaran and saw a huge bat cave that had millions of bats in it. It wasn't big enough to go in though. Drank a good amount on the boat and also went snorkeling. It was great. I will have to post pics of that later cause I didn't bring the digital camera on the tour.
We had a great time. We were there for 8 days and I would definitly go back!!
Here are some more random pics on the resort:

building we stayed in:

Main part of the resort. We took the pic from the bluff:

Little frogs that are everywhere and they make loud noises at night:
