What does a 4K in photo/video package include? (repost)

Repost: I posted the following on the 07 board as well...

I have appts tomorrow at proline, velvet and lavendar.. need to know whether I'm getting all I can get or if I should look at more vendors after tomorrow. Truly havent a clue what I really want but I know we can't spend more than $4K. So what can you get for that?

Do you want 1 or 2 photographers? Do you want albums included? Edited videos? Recap of video?

these are things to think about... okay.. I think we do need albums... I didnt know they do that as well..

As for albums...how manys pics, are you doing parent albums and what kind of album...traditional or magazine style.

I got a whole package for under 4K and I got

1 photographer
one library style (not digital layout, so it's traditional) album, I want to say about 50-60 prints go in that album
Two parent albums
I want to say about 800 proofs or so
Edited video package
engagement shoot

If u can ask if your parents will be happy with just a couple of photographs instead of a album. My parents luckily didn't want a album because my bro's collects dust on the bookshelf. FH's parents are desceased so it worked out that we got everything under 4K w/ video and a digital layout album that has specialty matte cuts to frame the photographs. I really like it instead of being flushed.

We got something very similar to the above ...as well as 100 thank yous, a couple of 8 x 10s, and 11x 17 and a couple of 5x7's.... He also gave us the unedited footage. We paid $3500.00

I think you have your wedding date wrong, bc according to that you wouldve been married already
