wedding weight loss...update!!!
So, I have been saying that I want to go to the gym for months now!! I "donate" to Golds Gym. Im not motivated. I think it would be easier if I had some to do it with. Anyone willing to be an on-line support? Anyone looking to lose weight or tone up? Do you need motivation? I DO!!!! HELP!!! I want to fit into the next size smaller before I order a dress!

there is another thread like this, the girls have been giving their weight loss updates. Although no one has posted in awhile I hope that doesn't mean they hopped off the diet wagon

We can do it...I went again today after 2wks...
Tomorrow its on my schedule too.
Start off slow , 30min and work your way up. I think its easier like that. Good luck!!!!

I can give yyou motivation (maybe) Im going to join a gym soon..but for now i've been doing it on my own...i run 2 miles a day 6 days a week, and eat perfect...lost a total of 7 lbs

I have been to the gym in a whole week because I have been sick. I'm going to go tomorrow. I was doing weight wacther on my own and I lose 4lbs. Last week I didn't really follow it because I was sick. I'm going to start back again tomorrow.
I will help you. I need the support too.

i'm in with you girls!! i have to get back on it! i have been "donating" to synergy gym for 2 months now!! i dont want to freeze b/c then i really wont go! it's just hard with work and going to see vendors at night, and i have had a lot of doctors appointments lately...i have another one tonight! maybe i will start at home...i have a good home workout, it's a circuit workout with dumbells alternating with bursts of cardio like jumping jacks, etc....

i know what you mean...and in college i was walking everywhere! my campus had so many hills and stairs that i had a good butt even when i wasnt trying, lol

I'm not looking to loose weight, but I will be your cheerleader.:) It is nice to go to the gym with someone though it makes it funner and easier.
Did you got to the gym today? If you can go early that is better, cause it will pump you up for the rest of the day

hey girls...I wanted to start weight watchers on my own, I tried it once before and it worked okay. Does anyone have any tips? I tried on dresses yesterday and I feel I am VERY motivated now LOL.... I was so not happy with what I saw in the mirror!

I always say I am going to diet and work out ....
IT NEVER happens! it is horrible. I ordered my dress and it was a size 10.... AHHHHHH
But I think i want to maintain at that.. bc it looks really nice. and i dont wnat to spend so much money in alterations... lol.

I lost about 3 lbs, but still have a lot more to go.
I go to the gym right after work....I usually have FH pick me up at the train station and go striaght to the gym, otherwise I find it harder to leave and go to the gym if I go home 1st.

Ugh - I hate the ****** gym!!!!!! I HATE working out. I am doing weight watchers and I lost 10 lbs so far...i have not worked out once. I know I need to though if I want the weight to come off evenly. I should go today, since I have no work tihs week and I have the time. UGH -- I HATE the ***** gym!!! lol
