Ok our other thread got moved to NWR, and i know it was helping alot of girls stay motivated so i added 'wedding' to the title
So how has everyone been doing with getting in shape.
I am still doing yoga booty ballet and LOVE IT!!! i do see a difference. Alot of my clothes are big on me now, my arms are getting alot better and getting nice muscle definition. I don't know how much ive lost bc i didnt weight myself in the beginning lol

Re: Wedding workout progress report
I was doing well with diet and exercise but my dad's passing sent me for a loop. This week my FH and have been GREAT with eating. I can't sleep so I have no energy to exercise. I hope I can get back into the swing of things soon though!

every now and then its ok to go off your diet have an effect on you if a majority of the time you are eating healthy. Lately ive been doing very well with eating but yeah things do come up, tomorrow we are going out to dinner for FH's moms birthday but i still try to find something healthy to eat at the restaurant, some restaurants are harder than other though.
Yeah pilates is amazing, LOVE IT!!! well good that you are maintaining it, great job

Re: Wedding workout progress report
I haven't been working out at all cause I've been driving myself crazy trying to get all my diy's for my sister's shower done. It's hard cause she still llives at home with us so I can only get stuff done the nights that she is working late and on the nights that she comes home early I'm too exhausted to move!
but hopefully I will have the majority of things completed soon so I can get myself back on track. I just feel like I have too much to focus on right now that my weight loss and exercise is taking a back seat.

Re: Wedding workout progress report
Well i'm still doing the gym 5 days a week for almost 2 hours a time. I've stopped eating junk food since lent ( i tried once and it made me sick and now i'm grossed out by all that greasy junk food
). So i havent weighed myself, but i see changes. Some clothes are getting a little loose on me and i fit back in a size eight, but my booty and thighs still need a lot of work! Once school is done, i'm going to start doing pilates again when i get home from the gym.

I am better now that I am back on LI. When I was upstate we had a house full of desserts. In honor of my dad I ate nothing but peanut butter pie the day of the wake. He loved dessert! I loved every second of it but now my waist is regretting it!
I am getting better day by day with ups and downs of course. It'll get better.
