Well ive lost quite some weight just dont know how much lol...but i look alot thinner...my stomach is pretty much flat, just gotta tone it up, and still have some work to do on my hips...my arms need the most work![]()
I'm sure it's a good feeling that all you have to do is tone up and not lose weight sofor you
well i do have to lose some weight actually...my hips and i think a little on my stomach before i really get to tone up, still have work to do, and these arms are torture lol

Yea my thighs were my problem area (notice past tense!! yay!) my love handles have improved a great deal too! i hated them! and good for you dense!!!

aw thanks soooo much jess! yea I tried posting some...but its hard because i don't have a before pic...but i definately notice it and my clothes fit differently..i lost a pants size!

i didnt do much the past week bc my stomach has been a mess
but i did my arms this week and have to get back into it but hardcore, summer is here and e-pics coming up very soon

Doing SO crappy with the diet. I know I have to exercise more, but with a full time job and a 5 year old at home, there just isn't enough time in the day. I really want to lose some weight before the wedding, and I want to be healthier for when we want to try to have a baby. My biggest problem is in the evening, when I get home from work, all I want to do is eat!!!!

I feel the same way... I have E-pics coming up and my sisters wedding. I have no motivation to do anything. I'm only just starting my walking routine with my dog again. See I have to loose at least 10-15lbs. I used to be as skinny as my sisters and now I feel like a Porker compared to them. I don't know what happened. All I know is that I can't gain any more weight because the size that they ordered for my dress can't take any more weight otherwise they would have to bump it to the next size.

I have to get back from the gym today. I have been eating healthy though. The last time I weighed myself I lost 2 lbs. I am going to hit the gym all weekend. I really need to get back into it.

for me the best thing was just working out as soon as i got home, if i sat around and waited then i was lazy later, sometimes i would actually end up doing it but much better when i didnt think about whether i should do it or not and just got right to it. Thats why exercise on demand is so great. You can do it, just gotta make yourself until it becomes routine

I am so disappointed in myself....i was doing great for a few months and lost 10 lbs....then a few weeks ago life got hectic and I haven't been able to go to the gym and I really haven't been watching what I eat.
I really need to get back on track...i know I gained a few lbs back and I just feel like horrible...i felt so much better when I was going to the gym.
I am hoping to get back there on Tuesday and get back on track. Can't beleive I fell off the ban wagon

FH just starting working out HARDCORE.His goal is to drop 10-20 pounds by our e-pics...
He has gained alot in the past 2 years.
He runs....and looses weight quickly...UGH! Lucky!
