Need info about Spanx 'Her Thighness' and 'All the Way Up Panythose'

I am having my first fitting tomorrow and still have not brought any undergarments.

I was wondering if anyone has any info on these Spanx products. I need to wear some kind of pantyhose or something under my dress b/c I am wearing closed toe shoes and don't want my feet to rub against the shoes and give me blisters. I also don't want my thighs rubbing together if I get sweaty. Yukkkk...

My dress will have cups sewn into it so I don't need a bustier or anything like that.

all the spanx i have used are the type that are footless--if they have full on pantyhose---i would totally recommend them. they are very comfortable and really suck you in!
