08er needs help: HOW MANY INVITES DO I ORDER

I have currently 288 on my guestlist.
We are inviting children, but we are addressing one invite per household.

How many should I order/ what did everyone else do?

Figure you actually need about half of the total guest list... 144, they usually come in packs of 25 only and I would think you would want more then 6 extras just in case... I would figure out exactly how many you need and then make sure you have at least 10 extras...HTH

i made a list (on excel) so i could count how many invites i would need, rather than guests
so lets say it comes out to 140, you would order 150 and then 25 extra (just in case) because if u add on 25 its like lets say $50 but if u find that u run short and have to order again they are like $150

I made a spread sheet and counted exactly how many I would need. Don't forget to order a few extra and invites and envelopes.

Definitely order 25 extra invites. We made the mistake and did not and when FH added extra people from work to invite I had to order 25 invites and it costs be almost as much as the original 100 ordered did!

i think you are going to have to0 look at how many you are going to need.. look at your list and add it up then of course get extras.

you cant really just guess 1/2 because you are having children
