Awwwwww Jill, I'm sorry you're having to deal with this!!!!!!!!!! If you're writing a letter I'd include a line like "I made a baby in less time then it's taking you to make my album!!!!!" Hopefully it'll all be resolved shortly and you'll have your beautiful album.
