i was told it is in someones contract for i beleive july 3??? def sometime in july so it will be in within the next few weeks

was just there yesterday with FH for a tour. marble floor is in, new carpeting should be arriving soon. we have a smaller party so we are looking more into the upstairs room which they told me the ceilings were being raised (will have 18' ceilings with chandeliers). cannot wait to see. most likely will be done by next yr :)

what rooms are CLM brides choosing? Anyone using the upstairs room? If so, what were minimums for sat/sun?

I'm using the room upstairs. The min is 100 people off season and 125 peak. (i think) It has been awhile so ii'm not positive but those #'s are close

Its not in yet, but its in my contract that it will be in sometime in July. I was never given a specific date though - I have to drop off a payment on the 30th so thats a perfect time to drop in and check!!

you were smart to get it in you r contract..I went to look at CLM back in Feb and they were telling me the new carpet was going in that week...and...if you look it up...past brides have hada carpet issue with CLM. Great that you covered yourself!

Was just there last week. 100 min for upstairs room and 150 minimum for downstairs room. I believe that is off peak I was checking for Friday and Sundays. Saturdays I think its 125 upstairs and 175 downstairs.

I didn't even realize they were getting new carpet in the atrium room. Thank goodness!!! YAY!!! Now thats just a bonus.

I picked the atrium room even raised my minmum to do it (he did go down in price so I could do afford it). The upstairs room is not handicap accessible and I really really liked the atrium and the 25 ft tall ceilings.
