Folica.com. Thats where I got my sedu and they are considered an authorized seller so warranties are valid through them.

I can't answer your question but I do have a question. What type of hair do you have, if you have this flat iron? I am really think curly hair and I have tired everything. Nothing has worked I have tried chemical straighteners and they just make my hair wavy. I have not tried the Japanese. I also bought the Remington wet to dry straighter (which I love) but it gets very hot on the outside and I burn my fingers. Any suggestions for me. TIA

So hopfully this pic posts...but this is my hair on a good day. Very thick, curly and now its VERY long...nothing seems to work...and the flat iron I have now (cost me about 30 bucks) leaves my hair frizzy...doesnt work..so Im going to try the Chi..seems to work on just about every type of hair..
ETA: I currently use the wet to dry straightener...and tho it works it leaves my hair frizzy..I am just not satisfied..

Honestly ebay has them. Just makes sure the seller is legit. My friend tried to buy one and got no where fast, she never got it. But others have gotten them from there and loved it.

I actually just placed a bid on one on Ebay..what I am afraid of is that it will stop working after a few days then I cant return it. I read a lot of reviews ( well, enough of them) of girls who used their straigthener once and it stopped working. So if that happens to me it will be $$$ wasted..but I guess thats a chance we take
