well tomorrow is my :

hearing, I sued my photographer. wish me luck. I am so sad over my pics, they are so dark off centered our heads cut off, yes he put a photo in our album with our heads cut off. when we booked him the work he showed us was beautiful, I got a letter two weeks ago from another person who told us that the pics he showed was another photographers work. my wedding album is awful. I hope I win my case. but it will not fix my album. the most wonderful day of my life ruined by one phony vendor.

yes, my guest and family did, but the pictures of me alone and dh alone and ones of us together, that were done at a private location , RUINED. so I really do not have many beautiful pics.

Maybe you would want to think about taking 'day after' pics? If you still have your dress, have DH rent a tux or wear a nice suit. Good Luck!

I was just going to say the same thing... Take your winnings and get a really good photographer for a day after shoot...

Good luck. Maybe you should get quotes for restoration. There are companies out there that can fix the pictures and I would ask for that in the suit. Make sure you bring everything-contract, pictures and any other evidence you have. That is why I lost a $1000 and plan on using another photographer because I heard bad things about the 1st guy. I am sorry to hear you weren't made aware b4hand.
