i dont want to hand write the address on the save the date envelope. i have like 200 of them to send out to and i am definately not hand writing them, lol! does anyone know any other solution i can do that will look neat and pretty?? like taking the envelopes to some place and having them type it for me or something?? please help!! because im hearing from many people that using these typed labels on the envelopes looks sloppy looking and tacky.. helpppppp!!

Re: sending out my save the dates.. please help!!
I actually just set up my save the dates to print directly onto the envelope. It is not too difficult and looks so much better than handwritten addresses on the envelopes. Do you have your guest list electronically? If so, you can go into Word then go to file, new, envelope wizard, and then enter all the information they ask for such as the size of envelope, where your guest list is saved, font, etc. Good luck! Let me know if you need any more help!

I would not worry so much about std's........but for your wedding I would get the calligraphy done.

Re: sending out my save the dates.. please help!!
I did them myself on the computer and they look great. You can also try www.inkspun.com they seem to be very inexpensive but I think if you have the time you can do just as good.
All you have to do, if your not that good with the computer, is have a typed list in word and create a new document and adjust the page size to be the size of your envelop and copy and paste the addresses into the new document.
make sure your addresses are typed just the way they should be addressed.
View it to make sure it looks centered and the font is a nice size and zip it through the printer.
If you need further help..FM me...if you're good with the computer you can do a mail merge.

I did the same thing I used clear labels from costco, and changed the ink color to match my color scheme. Looks very clean, and I did my return labels the same way and placed them on the back of the envelope. Its very cheap to do them this way as well.

Re: sending out my save the dates.. please help!!
thank you soo much girls!! :) but i have a question for you... on the return address labels do you put both your name and finacee's name and your address?? or how do you do that?? because we dont live together and i don't know how i should put the return address labels!!i was thinking of just getting the monogram stickers of our monograms and putting that in the back flap and forgetting about putting our actual full names and address.. let me know what you think of that idea??
and again.. thank you brides for all your help!! i might try printing the addresses on the envelopes and if that becomes too annoying for me than im just gonna order the clear labels and doing it that way!! :)

I'm not sure of what to do since you don't live together. I guess you could just pick either one of you. But, I like the monogram sticker idea too!

I have been using clear labels and they look fine! Trust me this is the least of your worries they will look great. You can play around with fonts on Word.I am also having the responses malied back to me because it is safer that way!
Good luck!

and my address
