I have a Daughter!! **W/ Pics!**
This is the repost from LIF...Hello ladies!! Just jumping on quick to give an update. Thank you all so much for the easy labor vibes, prayers and good wishes! We were really excited and very surprised that the baby girl decided to make her debut 3 weeks and 1 day early!!
My DD is in the NICU for fluid in her lungs and difficulty breathing. Please pray for her full recovery!
The NICU nurse said this morning (10/9/08) that she is doing well. We are going to go see her in a little bit. So, without further ado, please meet my beautiful daughter... Reilly Patricia
Born: 10/06/08 at 7:39pm
6lbs. 6oz., 18 1/2 in.
**UPDATE on 10/9/08**
DH and I spent most of the day at the hospital. Reilly loves to be swaddled and we were able to hold her for a few hours... she was snuggled up and very content.
At 4pm we were able to give her, her first bottle! I started pumping the day after she was born so that she could have breast milk. All went well and she did great!! We did her second feeding at 7pm and she ate that even faster!! The doc and nurses told us that she is a little jaundiced so she may have to get photo therapy tomorrow. Her breathing has gotten better so the nasal canula came out. She still has her IV in getting antibiotics and other meds but at least she was able to step up to BM today!! We are so excited!!

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Glad to know mommy and baby are doing good. I hope that your little bundle of joy has a speedy and rapid recovery. She's beautiful!!!

I am sooooooo happy for you guys!!!! Sending many prayers that Reilly gets to go home soon...she will be fine...hang in there...and LOVE her name by the way!
