2 Weeks! Wow!

2 weeks away - WOW - i thought it would never come and now the days are flying by....this morning we went for our marriage license

but i still had to come into work after we were done at borough hall booo!

later tonight we are both going out for our bachelor/bachelorette parties.....im doing something very low key - we're going to a male review which will be hysterical b/c im sure they will somehow manage to get me up on stage

so ill def have to start pouding drinks when i get there hahahaha - and then after that we are going to a portugese restaurant for dinner and some more drinks...

tomorrow FH is working until about 6pm - so i'll try to do some more honeymoon packing, clean the house, maybe even put up the christmas tree...once he gets home we have to start wrapping the favors! yikes! same thing sunday - FH is working again - hopefully i'll be able to get all the table #'s done - that way i have the favors and table #'s out of the way and boxed up and ready to go....

ugh there is so much to do! i cant wait for aruba

YAY Nik!!!!!!!!!! You must be estatic.

I can't believe the first bride of Dec is getting married in 2 weeks!!!! It really did go by so fast. It is the December Brides Turn!!!!!!

You must be excited to go away to Aruba as well. That is what I am looking forward to- the honeymoon. I need a break.

What favors did you end up getting?? Ornaments?? That's what I did as well lol Just trying to figure out how to wrap them

How awesome was getting your license on s.i., it took us like 15 min, only like 3 couples there when we went

I feel ya with the 2 weeks...we got our marriage liscense yesterday and we are doing our fina tables tonight!!!

we ended up with about 150 people - which is exactly the amount of guests i wanted when we first got engaged

for favors we ended up doing a lenox winnie the pooh ornament - i love it b/c i love winnie the pooh - but i wasnt so sure if we should get it as a favor since winnie the pooh is kind of random - but my FH really liked them and so did our parents and a few friends that we asked - so we just got them....best part is they are regularly $29 EACH but we got them for just under $5 a piece

i like it, its different, they aren't really 'favorish' which is what i wanted - i didnt want anything 'favorish' or personalized....and not for nothing its a good ornament - its lenox and its almost like getting a gift instead of getting a favor - i said if anyone doesnt like it they can re-gfit it since its lenox and normally they aren't cheap....

YAY...I'm glad you got the # of people you wanted!!! I know you were worried about that.

Love the Winnie the pooh lenox ornament and you got it for such an awesome deal!!!

I ended up caving into a personalized ornament (FH and mom teamed up on me and I lost that battle).

I'm sooo excited for you

its the perfect amount!! and what a cool favor..very unique! I love the idea!
