marriage license question

We are going to get our license tomorrow at Babylon town hall.
Do we definitely need our birth certificates?
Or can we just use our passports and licenses?

I had brought everything just in case but all we needed was our passports.

nope u need a birth certificate with a raised seal and a 2nd form of picture ID...

Each place has different requirements. Most places on LI require you original birth certificate, passport, etc. We went to the one in Queens and all we needed were our driver's licenses.

This is what you need!

Your birth certificates with a raised seal and a form of picture ID.

I believe you need a birth certificate or a baptismal certificate as well as your licenses (or any other government issued photo ID)
