Negotiating with a Photog...

Anyone have success stories with photogs? I'm not thrilled with what the package covers for the money so I'm wondering how much wiggle room I have.

Shes the first one I've found that I LOVE thats open on my date...ah!

I originally told me photog no, and two weeks later she came back to me with a due to the economy message, and she reduced her packages. It's worth a try just to say look I don't want to spend any more than this, if they won't budge, then you have to decide where to go from there.

We negotiated heavily. Our photog was recommended by our caterer but our caterer also recommended another photog. We got a low price from one photog and used it to negotiate with the other photog (who had far better quality work). We saved over 2K. It also helped that we are not getting married on a Saturday.
